Overview

TeleX is an Android application for browsing and saving media from Telegram chats that the user can access. This policy explains what information is processed by the app and related services.

Information we collect

We may collect your TeleX account email, license status, device activation information, app version, and basic support information you voluntarily send to us.

Telegram data

Telegram login and media access are handled through TDLib on your device. TeleX does not operate as a public Telegram hosting service. Media downloads are saved on your device unless you choose to share them elsewhere.

License and device validation

TeleX contacts our Supabase backend to verify your license, subscription expiry, and device activation limit. Device identifiers are stored as hashes where practical.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as Supabase for authentication, licensing, and backend operations.

Security

TeleX includes optional app lock features such as PIN and biometric unlock. You are responsible for keeping your device and Telegram account secure.
